Its been over some time since the 6th Pay Commission has been implemented and also constituted an Anomaly Committee to look into the lacunae and anomalies in the implementation of the 6th Pay Commission.
While all the LTA rules for Central Government Employees have been released, Indian Railways is still silent on issuing an order on the same. Its high time that the Indian Railways really took some interest in the matter and get the orders for basic pay or grade pay eligibility be released at the earliest.
